DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping to SA
All orders placed on our online store will be delivered door to door via reputable courier companies, who deliver to most addresses across South Africa, charging a flat rate of R55.00 per order to any address, in any province. This flat rate includes product insurance up to the value of R1000.00. We will send your parcel within 2 working days of receiving proof of payment and it will take another 3 working days for the courier company to deliver to your address. No deliveries will be made on weekends. In periods of high demand, deliveries may take longer, but in such cases we shall inform you of delivery dates. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number. All parcels must be signed for upon arrival. Please make sure the delivery address supplied is accurate and that someone is available to sign for the parcel. If there is nobody home, a card is left at the door and re-delivery can be arranged at no extra cost.
In the event door-to-door delivery is not an option (for more remote addresses), we use the SAPO delivery service, which may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping International Orders
For shipping to other countries, we use Royal Mail for the flat rate of R55.00 per order. Shipping takes approx. 14 working days. Express door-to-door delivery can be organized at an additional cost. Quote upon request. Example USA R460, UK R360 per order.
We recommend that all International customers ordering from our online store check the Customs Charges and Terms and Conditions at your local Customs office within your country before making your online purchase.
Customs charges may apply to some International orders depending on the weight and/or value of the parcel. As each country has different charges and policies we are unable to provide more detailed information on this.
We will not be held responsible for any parcels that customers have refused to pay the Customs charges on in your country where your goods have been delivered.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days after receiving it, unworn in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault. Please note that items showing signs of wear or have been engraved, resized, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. When you decide to return the item, please send us an e-mail, stating that the item(s) will be returned and a delivery address will be given by email.
