The Oh Voila team is fresh off a plane from Japan, where we had a fantastic and highly successful trip. A huge range of Oh Voila
products are now officially stocked on the shelves in Japan and we also premiered the Aya bracelet whilst there.
The Aya is a bracelet with symbolic meanings based on the Adinkra symbols from Ghana, which are visual symbols used extensively in fabrics
and pottery and were originally created by the Ashanti. They represent concepts or aphorisms and in Ghana, the name Aya, represents the “fern” and is a sign of endurance and resourcefulness
– a perfect jewellery item as we gear up for another great women’s month this August.
